• Gold Standard in Customer Service. This certificate is a guarantee of the highest quality of hotel guest service confirmed by experts. It is awarded to hotels that were verified in the course of detailed audits and recommended by hotel reservation systems. The certificate commits the hotel owner and staff to the utmost respect for the guest’s preferences and wishes. Each hotel or hospitality facility awarded the certificate is a place where ‘the guest comes first’ in practice.
   
• Senior Friendly Hotel Certificate. Distinction awarded by the Marshal of the Malopolskie Province and the Mayor of the City of Krakow confirming that the Logos Hotel offer has been adapted to the needs of the elderly.
