Regional menu
In our newly opened Pod Piątką Restaurant you will find a unique regional menu which is a combination of the traditional Polish cuisine with a European touch.
The menu features starters, main courses, soups, desserts and side dishes – all based on ingredients from the Małopolska region.
Among the soups, you will find an irreplaceable classic, i.e. kwaśnica (sauerkraut soup) made with smoked ribs. But we suggest that you first try our starters among which we particularly recommend Gołka Tatrzańska, that is grilled cheese from the Tatra Mountains, made with cow’s milk and served with wild lingonberry and sea buckthorn mousse, as well as herring prepared in 4 different ways.
The regional menu also includes what is probably the best-known product from our region, the famous Trout from Ojców, as well as the unique Krakow-style Maczanka, that is pulled pork. This is not the end of the offer, however, as the real highlight is the dessert which is a combination of sweet and salty flavours. Bundz (traditional cheese, made from sheep’s milk in Podhale region) with dairy ice cream – this is our regional sweet proposal to which we cordially invite you.
